YES! We ship internationally and are proud to share we have CSC customers all over the globe. Please note, ALL customers are required to pay for their own shipping, but we do our best to reduce the possibility of additional duties/fees that may arise while in transit.
CSC is currently working on an 5 business day fulfillment turnaround time, BUT we strive to be faster. This turnaround does not include USPS delivery, this is simply our fulfillment. ("Business Days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, and/or day of purchase) Please exercise patience and kindness as you wait for your magic mail to arrive. Once again, we are striving to be a lot faster than the 5 business days. In order to place an order with us, you must agree to our Terms & Conditions and this is mentioned in our terms. YES! While we may be magically inspired, we take your skin's well-being seriously. All of our products are made with 100% natural, vegan ingredients that are gentle and safe for even the most sensitive skin. So go ahead, treat yourself to some self-care—your skin will love it!
Please note that we fulfill orders in the order in which they are received. Our fulfillment turnaround time is approximately 5 business days. Once fulfilled, you will be automatically sent a USPS tracking number where you will be able to track your own order! We do not have any special back end visibility into USPS tracking systems, so what you see is what we see. If it has exceeded 8 business days since you ordered (business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and/or day of purchase), we encourage to then reach out to CSC and we will help remedy the situation! We care SO MUCH about your experience with CSC, so please communicate to us if you believe there might be a potential issue. If you inquire about order status before the 8 business day mark, we cannot guarantee your inquiry will be replied to.5
