Shipping policy

1. Fulfillment Timeline

Confectionery Soaps Co. (“CSC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates on a 5 business day fulfillment window, which begins the day after your order is placed. This window refers exclusively to the time required to prepare, package, and ship your order from our workshop. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that these Shipping Policies are part of, and governed by, our Terms & Conditions.

Please note that shipping and transit times are determined solely by the chosen postal carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) and are not included in CSC’s fulfillment timeline. CSC is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, including strikes, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

CSC reserves the right to extend the fulfillment window in the event of unforeseen personal or operational circumstances, such as illness, family emergencies, or other events temporarily affecting production.

2. Shipping Costs & International Orders

All customers are responsible for paying the full shipping cost at checkout.

For international customers, any additional duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local governments during transit are also the customer’s responsibility. CSC completes all customs forms truthfully and accurately. We do not fabricate or misrepresent parcel contents. Customers are fully responsible for any additional duties, fees, or royalties that may arise during transit.

3. Combining Orders

If you place multiple orders and request combined shipping, CSC will refund any shipping overage above $5. Customers who qualify for a refund will be notified via email.

CSC fulfills orders within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping and transit times are determined by the carrier and may be affected by delays beyond our control, including strikes, weather, or customs processing. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, international duties, taxes, and fees. We complete customs forms truthfully and accurately; additional charges during transit are the responsibility of the customer.
