Shipping and Returns Policies

Fulfillment: Confectionery Soaps Co. has an appromixate 14 BUSINESS day fulfillment turnaround time during peak/launch dates, but we strive to get your orders out faster! Please note that this time does not include postal delivery, it is the fulfillment of CSC packaging your order.

Shipping: All shipping is done through United States Postal Service (USPS).

DOMESTIC ORDERS: We have discontinued the free shipping program but to continue to bring you savings, we have brought back our discount code program.   CSC combines orders for your convenience but this does not change the shipping costs as the bigger and heavier the box becomes, the shipping costs rises with it. The USPS is integrated within the Shopify website and all shipping charges/fees/costs are applied appropriately by them.  It is not up to CSC to attach the shipping fees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: WE NOW OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!! International customers are required to pay for all shipping costs (including royalties, fees, duties, etc.) and customer acknowledges CSC is not responsible/will not pay for any shipping costs. CSC will invoice customer if we receive any additional fees/duties while parcel is in transit.

Carefully read all information regarding shipping and FAQ's as you will not be able to check out unless you agree that you fully understand the following:

*Once your package is shipped - Confectionery Soaps Co. is no longer responsible or liable for that package.  It is up to you, the customer to track your shipment progress as well as file any and all claims should you experience issues with your delivery and items that possibly damaged during transport.  We take every effort possible, sparing no cost to insulate your products to protect against rough handling but cannot be held liable for the mistreatment of your package by carriers. If you believe a parcel is lost, please understand once again that CSC cannot file lost parcel claims. It is up to you, the customer, to file lost parcel claims.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations: Due to sanitary purposes and the nature of the products sold, there are absolutely NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS allowed. In addition, CSC does not allow any order cancellations after purchasing. It is the customer's responsibilty to shop our store resonsibly and sensibly. There are multiple steps within the checkout process that allow you to backout prior to completing a transaction, so please purchase repsonsibly as we are not responsible for your cancellation needs and/or the rationale behind it (i.e - "accidental" purchase, "regretful" purchase, etc.).

Issue Resolution:

If there is a problem with your order which includes but is not limited to a missing item or the wrong item was shipped, please contact us via email and not through social media platforms -  you know we will make it right!  Any issues with orders received that are posted on social media platforms either public or direct message will not be addressed. Email us at for inquiries and assistance. Please understand that there is a 1-3 business day turnaround time for CSC responses via email, but we do strive to assist faster.
