At Confectionery Soaps Co. (“CSC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), each product is handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the sanitary nature of our products and our made-to-order process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds under any circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that these Return and Refund Policies are part of, and governed by, our Terms & Conditions.
1. Final Sale Policy
CSC’s checkout process includes multiple steps that allow you to review your order before completing payment. Once a transaction is submitted, it is considered final. Please review your cart carefully before checkout to ensure accuracy in product selection, quantity, and shipping address.
We are not responsible for customer errors or changes of mind after a purchase has been completed, including but not limited to:

2. Fulfillment Window
As of October 28, 2025, CSC operates on a 5 business day fulfillment window, which excludes the day of purchase, weekends, and holidays. This window refers solely to order processing and packaging time. Shipping and transit times are determined by the postal carrier (USPS or UPS) and are not within our control.
CSC reserves the right to extend the fulfillment window in the event of unforeseen personal or operational circumstances such as illness, family emergencies, or other events requiring temporary closure. We are a small team and appreciate your understanding.
If you inquire about your order during our active fulfillment window, we will refer you to this policy and our Terms & Conditions. Orders that exceed this timeframe are reviewed promptly and resolved as needed.
3. Damages & Postal Carrier Responsibility
All orders leave our workshop in pristine condition. CSC packages every order with protective materials such as crinkle paper, packing peanuts, and bubble wrap at no additional cost to the customer. Once a parcel leaves our possession, we are not responsible for handling or damages caused during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as the customer purchases and owns their shipping label at checkout. CSC does not have access to internal carrier tracking systems beyond the same tracking link provided to you.
4. Product Quality & Climate Considerations
CSC products are handmade and may vary slightly in color, texture, or appearance — this is part of their charm and does not constitute a defect. Certain products, such as candles, may soften or melt during warmer months or if left in direct heat during delivery. This is a natural occurrence and not grounds for a refund or return.
5. Pre-Order Purchases
Pre-order items follow their own fulfillment timeline as outlined on each product page. The ship-out date listed on a pre-order item is a guaranteed date and serves as the official source of truth for when your order will leave our facility. By completing a pre-order purchase, you agree to this timeline and acknowledge that no cancellations or refunds are permitted.
6. Agreement at Checkout
By completing a purchase with CSC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy as well as our Terms & Conditions.
