1. This is a PRE-ORDER product listing, meaning: our typical turnaround time does NOT apply to this product. Your advent calendar will ship out November 12. This is guaranteed (and 10 days earlier than last year, we're so proud of ourselves! hehe) You are welcome to purchase multiple calendars, these are not limited per person!
2. IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES: please inform us before purchasing. We will gladly substitute any applicable products with items that can be safely enjoyed. Allergies are not the same as dislikes: we do not accommodate preference-based substitutions.
3. Please note that we do not honor or accommodate refunds, returns, or order cancellations. Once your advent calendar order is placed, it cannot be canceled. You have multiple steps in the checkout process to confirm your purchase.
